THE PROBLEM
Kappeler, a sign manufacturer in Alsace, ran quotes, production follow-up and administrative paperwork across spreadsheets and manual re-entry between design files and the workshop. The website generated few qualified requests.
THE SOLUTION
We built custom business software around their real processes: a bridge between CAD files and AI to prepare quotes, a document assistant for regulatory forms (RAG), workshop tracking and a new website designed to convert. Everything connected to their existing tools.
