# Odoo Health Check: an open source tool that audits any public Odoo instance in one command

## Problem

Many companies run a public Odoo instance without knowing what it exposes: pages blocked from search engines, a database manager reachable from the internet, missing security headers, an outdated version or a broken sitemap. Checking all of this by hand takes time and expertise.
## Solution

We built and released Odoo Health Check, a free open source command-line tool (pip install odoo-health-check). It audits a public Odoo instance in one command: indexability, exposed database manager, security headers, Odoo version and sitemap, then outputs a clear report.
