## Problem

DT INTERIM, a temp agency in Martinique, received about 13,000 emails a month (candidates, timesheets, client requests). Recruiters spent a large part of their day sorting and answering the same questions instead of placing people.
## Solution

We built an AI assistant connected to the agency's mailbox and back office: it classifies incoming emails, answers routine requests 24/7 from an approved list of actions, and hands everything else to a recruiter with a ready-made summary. The candidate file was digitised end to end.
## Results

- 13,000 emails handled per month
- ~2 FTE redeployed
